Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Paintball Shop, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, CO2 tanks and compressed air bottles cannot be returned once filled or used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective plugs are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the paintball equipment, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
